
Walk the Course Golf Clinics
Our “Walk the Course” Golf Clinics offer exciting opportunities for young golfers aged 6 to 17, catering to beginners, intermediates, and advanced players. Led by certified coaches who focus on the fundamentals of golf, from tee to green. After completing the program, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills by playing a nine-hole par 3 golf course.

Learn: Golf is a game you can play for a lifetime. Golf offers a unique blend of physical activity, mental strategy, and social interaction. As youth learn the sport, they develop important life and employment skills such as discipline, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Furthermore, the golf industry encompasses various career paths beyond playing, including coaching, sports management, course design, and event planning. This diversity allows enthusiasts to remain connected to the game throughout their lives while also contributing to its growth and development in various capacities.
Describe the project, program, or initiative this grant will support to address the issue.
The objective is to provide exposure and opportunities for youth in South Los Angeles to engage in the sport of golf. This initiative encompasses comprehensive training, personalized coaching, practical on-course experience, and competitive tournament play specifically designed for underrepresented and underserved youth. The TDTD Foundation is committed to nurturing and supporting young golfers from kindergarten through college, thereby ensuring they possess the necessary skills, resources, and guidance to excel in the sport and employability.
