SAGE Companion is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide non-medical companionship and support to older adults. Companions help seniors stay socially connected, engaged, and independent while offering families peace of mind.
Roles & responsibilities
Provide meaningful companionship and conversation
Foster a safe, positive, and respectful environment
Provides 1 or more of the following services:
1) Engage clients in activities such as walks, games, hobbies, and outings
2) Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
3) Assist with light household tasks
4) Meal preparation / cooking
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Prior caregiving, customer service, healthcare, education, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Salary
$20-30/hour
