By integrating olfactory-based experiential learning with 10P’s trauma-informed, peer-led approach, this curriculum empowers participants to access positive emotional states, build resilience, and create new pathways for healing and successful reintegration.

BELT: Bridging Emotional Literacy and Transition is a groundbreaking, family-centered reentry initiative for women firefighters at Malibu Conservation Camp 13. By integrating families and friends into a trauma-informed, year-long curriculum, BELT empowers system-impacted women to heal, rebuild relationships, and develop the emotional skills essential for successful reentry—lighting the way for a new era of rehabilitation in California.

The 10P Empowering Single Mothers: Emotional Literacy & Wellness Day is a transformative, trauma-informed initiative designed to uplift 300 systems-impacted single mothers across Los Angeles and Long Beach. Through immersive emotional literacy workshops, restorative wellness experiences, and ongoing peer support, this program builds resilience, fosters community connection, and breaks cycles of trauma—empowering mothers to nurture stronger families and safer, healthier communities.

10P Future-Ready Teens is a groundbreaking, trauma-informed program that fuses emotional literacy with holistic sexual wellness education, empowering foster and system-impacted youth in Los Angeles to thrive. By providing a safe, supportive space for self-discovery, skill-building, and peer connection, the program equips young people with the tools to manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and make informed choices—laying the foundation for lifelong health, resilience, and leadership.

10P Beyond the Badge transforms Ramsey Security into a model of restorative, emotionally intelligent security services—empowering staff with the emotional literacy and conflict resolution skills needed to handle any situation with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
