    The AORP Youth Reeducation Initiative is a transformative program designed to provide at-risk youth with structured support, mentorship, and mental health resources to break the cycle of gang involvement and criminal behavior. By integrating therapy, educational opportunities, and community engagement, this initiative promotes healing, resilience, and positive reintegration into society. As Los Angeles County navigates the rise in arrests under Prop 36, this program serves as a critical tool to address the underlying psychological factors.
