The EmpowerLA Youth Conference: Uplifting Youth Voices is a one-day event for foster and system-impacted youth, hosted at LA City Hall with City and community partners. Featuring interactive workshops on civic participation, budget literacy, leadership skills, job readiness, public speaking, higher education, wellness services, and more! Curated spaces for storytelling, art, music, and free headshots. The event promotes healing, connection, and confidence while equipping youth with tools for lifelong growth, belonging, and empowerment.
