Career Discovery LA is a comprehensive program designed to bridge existing gaps in youth career development across Los Angeles County. By providing early career exploration, structured mentorship, and a centralized resource hub, it aims to empower middle school students with the tools and guidance necessary to identify their strengths and pursue fulfilling career paths. This initiative complements existing programs by offering a cohesive, accessible framework that supports youth in navigating their future with confidence and clarity.

Building Connections through Discovery Leagues
Discovery Leagues presents the newest Lego Robotics league that is designed specifically for youth and agencies in underserved communities. This league connects youth across Los Angeles and allows them to explore the world of creativity and technology using our RoboQuest curriculum. Making robots and using basic code will give life to a team design that will be able to ultimately compete in the First Lego League for the "Win".

The Discovery of Gap Recovery
Discovery Club PSP pilot program offers learning enrichment program courses for disadvantaged youth, who were further impacted by the COVID pandemic. Discovery Club PSP delivers STEAM enrichment programming through the use of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to help close the educational achievement gap and make learning exciting and fun. Through our hybrid interface model, youth are engaged with activities in person and online that enrich learning, reduce learning loss and help to close the educational achievement gap.
