GYA Youth Employment Program
GYA’s Youth Employment Program is a well-established initiative aimed at empowering youth ages 14 to 24 by providing training, personalized case management, and mentored employment opportunities. The program is designed to break cycles of poverty and guide youth towards self-sufficiency and long-term success. Through a comprehensive, youth-centered approach, GYA strategically leverages a wide array of community resources and partnerships to holistically address the educational, vocational, and personal development needs of the youth we serve.

Homeless Youth Diversion and Mental Health Program
Glendale Youth Alliance (GYA) always strives to meet the ever changing needs of the youth of our community! The GYA Diversion Program is unique as it provides much needed emergency shelter to homeless youth within 24-48 hours to minimize the trauma experienced. Additionally, GYA Case Managers work collaboratively with partner agencies to connect youth to stable housing, employment and wrap around services to address the emotional and mental health issues faced.
